• Coverage | 8 hours + 1 additional hour for on-site drone videography • 1 Videographer • Ceremony filming with 4 High-Definition camera angles and professional audio • Reception coverage • Cinematic trailer film shareable on social media (1 min) • Highlight film | 6-8 min. • Documentary style edits | Ceremony 10+ min. | Reception 8+ min. (including dances, toasts, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

INITIAL PAYMENT. Upon acceptance of this agreement, the client(s) agree to pay the nonrefundable 25% initial payment to Chelsey Kincaid of Front Row Videography for the professional services rendered. In consideration for this fee, Front Row Videography will devote your date to cover the occasion requested by the client(s). This deposit fee will be subtracted from the client’s remaining balance. WEDDING COLLECTION. The client(s) understand that they will receive the finished wedding films 8-12 weeks following the wedding date as set forth on this contract. The client(s) will receive the films on a personalized Wooden USB flash drive to view, download, and post as they wish. Additional Wedding Keepsake Boxes can be purchased a la carte for $70 each and needs to be paid for 14 days before the wedding date. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION. I agree to notify Front Row Videography by phone/email at my earliest convince should a change of date and/or venue occur. In situations where the new venue requires additional travel fees, I agree to pay the travel fees stated by the professional team. Furthermore, I understand that Front Row Videography may be unavailable on an alternate date. In such circumstances, I agree to liaise with Front Row Videography to find a mutually agreeable solution and I accept that I may forfeit some/all of monies paid. If the client wishes to cancel Front Row Videography’s services, and/or their wedding date, all fees paid prior to are non-refundable. If the cancellation is initiated by Front Row Videography, all monies paid prior to, INCLUDING the initial payment, will be processed, and returned within ten business days.
